Trial period - conditions

From the day the speakers arrive to you, we provide a period of 30 calendar days to try them out. If during this time you decide to return the speakers to us for any reason, just follow these steps:

• Send us a message to info@heeskof.cz
• Send the goods in original packaging to this address: Jakub Pavel, Čapkova 989, 251 64 Mnichovice, Czechia

We will check the goods and within 5 working days we will send your money back to the account from which it was paid.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the returned item is damaged.

What is not covered by the trial period:

• Christopher speakers
• If you order speakers together with our stands, only the speakers together with the stands can be returned, not the speakers alone, the stands alone can be returned
